Privacy Policy

Thanks for visiting ozbonusbet.sbs. Protecting your personal information matters to us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. It is written to align with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. Who is responsible

The entity responsible for handling personal information collected through this website is:

2. Information we collect when you visit

If you simply browse this website without contacting us, we collect only the technical data your browser automatically sends to our server. This is necessary to serve the site and keep it secure and stable:

• IP address
• Date and time of the request
• Time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
• The specific page or file requested
• HTTP status code and access status
• Volume of data transferred
• The referring website, if any
• Browser type and version, operating system and interface language

This data is stored in our hosting provider's log files and automatically deleted after no more than 14 days, unless a security incident requires us to retain it longer.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider. Any personal information collected through the site is stored on that provider's servers under a written agreement requiring them to handle it only on our instructions and to keep it secure.

4. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies, or none at all. Necessary cookies support basic functionality such as remembering display preferences. You can delete cookies or block them entirely in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work.

5. Affiliate and advertising links

This website contains affiliate links to sports betting and wagering operators. When you click an affiliate link you are first routed through our tracking domain go.ozbonusbet.sbs and then on to the operator's website. A cookie or URL parameter may be stored so the operator can attribute the referral to us. This costs you nothing additional.

Once you leave our site, the operator's own privacy policy governs how your information is handled. We have no access to, and no control over, the data you provide to them – including any account, identity or payment details.

6. Fonts (Google Fonts)

We use externally hosted fonts from Google Fonts (provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) so text renders consistently. When you load a page, your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch the fonts, and your IP address is transmitted to Google as part of that request. More information is available in Google's privacy policy.

7. Contacting us by email

If you email us, we store your message and contact details for the purpose of responding and dealing with any follow-up correspondence. We do not use email addresses collected this way for marketing.

8. Disclosure of personal information

We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose it to third parties except where necessary to operate the website (for example to our hosting provider), where you have consented, or where we are required to do so by Australian law.

9. Overseas disclosure

Some of the service providers we rely on, including our hosting provider and Google Fonts, may store or process data on servers located outside Australia. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles the information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

10. Your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you (APP 12)
• Request correction of information that is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete (APP 13)
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need to hold
• Deal with us anonymously or under a pseudonym where practicable (APP 2)
• Complain about how we have handled your personal information

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@ozbonusbet.sbs. We will respond within a reasonable period, ordinarily within 30 days.

11. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, contact us first and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

12. Data security

This website is served over SSL/TLS using the strongest encryption your browser supports. You can confirm an encrypted connection by the https:// prefix in the address bar and the padlock icon. We also take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information against misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

13. Children

This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect legal requirements or changes to how the site operates. The version published here at the time of your visit is the one that applies.
